We will provide a Project Recovery Plan, a written document that outlines a strategy that gets the project and its stakeholders re-focused and moving in the right direction. We accomplish this by accurately assessing the immediate and long-term needs of the project and identifying the root cause of the issue(s).

An output of this process is a list of priorities that Archicomm will develop to assign and/or redefine the roles and responsibilities of the appropriate personnel or agencies to effectively execute the Project Recovery Plan. Adhering to the priorities outlined in the Project Recovery Plan most projects have the ability to recover, thus helping to reduce or eliminate litigation and other costly legal alternatives.
