Archicomm takes the lead house role to inform clients on their risk profile and the obligations that may arise pertaining to financial impact and personal injury. In most instances, forensic solutions lead to simple monitoring and reporting, with recommended actions taken to remediate the building and/or the surrounds.

Work includes:
- Producing an existing condition appraisal which involves a site and preliminary report
- Investigating available reference material pertaining to the building failure
- Applying the team’s engineering expertise to problem-solve the issue/s at hand
- Producing a final report addressing the cause of the failure and remedial action to be taken to rectify the problem
