Welcome to Archicomm Matters/Inside Archicomm, a quarterly bulletin where we take you into the world of Archicomm – a leader in the building services industry.

We are busier than ever, continuing with inspections and reporting on associated projects for some of Australia’s major transport infrastructure undertakings.
Like all teams, the challenges being faced by the industry are ones that we are tackling together remaining steadfast in the work that we produce for some of Australia’s major projects including the Melbourne Tunnel with the Cross Yarra Partnership and the Western Alliance Program for many level crossing removals in Victoria.

In NSW our work continues with the ICON Group and we are confident with the supply of work going forward for the building sector.
Recent announcements by the Victorian Premier on the major infrastructure plans coupled with the announcement of the Recovery Taskforce have certainly contributed to the buoyancy of our industry making for a return to the vibrant economy of the pre-COVID days.

Archicomm looks forward to playing a role in this Recovery Phase and is gearing up for what is expected to be a bounce-back that is bigger than that which was seen in the period following the 2008 GFC.

The team at Archicomm led by myself and my partner and co-founder, Kim Rockman is delighted to be of service to you and your team, would welcome the opportunity to be included in any of your considerations for work in the areas of Forensic Engineering, Dilapidation Surveys and Reporting and general maintenance plans in the residential arena.
